外贸业务助理工作内容:
1、负责公司出口订单单证制作,文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管;
2、协助业务接待,订单跟单;
3、协助业务邮件沟通及客户档案维护;
4、协助销售经理做好部门内务、各种内部会议的记录等工作;
5、协助编写相关技术文件的英文资料。
业务助理任职资格:
1、专科以上文化水平,英语良好;
2、从事过销售助理或统计类工作者优先;
3、做事认真、细心、负责;
4、熟练使用office等办公软件;
5、具有服务意识,能适应较大的工作压力;
6、机敏灵活,具有较强的沟通协调能力。
外贸业务区域经理工作内容:
1、responsible for organizing regional sales;
2、making regional marketing policy and pricing policay;
3、managing regional sales team to achieve annual sales target;
4、analyzing regional market situation and making seasonal report;
5、leading, supporting and training the regional team.
外贸业务区域经理任职资质:
1、fluent english reading, writing and speaking;
2、smart in mind for marketing;
3、skilled international communication;
4、experienced in marketing mechnical tools (air tools as a priority);
5、good at marketing strategy;
6、self motivated and ambitious;
7、good second foreign language is a priority;
8、potentially to grow up to be marketing director.
